Credentialing Expertise:

• Assume responsibility for the tedious credentialing process
• Use state-of-the-art credentialing software to track and maintain physicians’ credentials and generate new applications for participation
• Review Managed Care Agreements 
• Recommend which plans to participate in
• Collect necessary data elements
• Perform on-line credentialing

First-time Applications and Renewal Applications

Apply for initial application and/or renewals for:

• Licensures
• DEA
• CDS (if applicable)
• Malpractice insurance
• Hospital privileges
• Managed care plans
• Follow-up on application status

 Documentation Updates

·    CMEs

·     Infection Control (if applicable)

·     Annual physical w/immunizations & PPD

·     Physicians CV

·     Hospital affiliation letters

·     Spreadsheets on physicians' and groups' participation ID 
          numbers
